About
I've spent over a decade inside HR — at startups, growth-stage companies, and everywhere in between. I've been the person who wrote the offer letters, designed the severance packages, and sat across the table in some really hard conversations.
I know how the game works from the inside. Now I use that to help people on the other side of it. Not to help companies pay you less or push you out cleanly — to make sure you actually know what you're agreeing to, what you're worth, and what your options are.
Three things I believe in — and lead with in every conversation.
Even if it's not what you want to hear. If the offer is actually fair, I'll say that. If the severance is weak, I'll say that too. You're paying for honesty, not reassurance.
I've written the policies you're navigating. I know why companies structure things the way they do, what they're protecting, and where there's actual room to push. That context matters.
You'll leave every conversation knowing exactly where you stand and what to do next. No ambiguity, no "it depends" without a real answer behind it.
